The Prep Work
Before your kickoff call even happens, we spend the four weeks prior reviewing your intake form, building out your strategy, curating your moodboard, and pulling your color palette — so we show up with a clear, thoughtful direction already mapped out.
Monday — Kick-Off Call
We kick off with a working session. I walk you through strategic research, present your custom moodboard, and we lock in your color palette and creative direction together.
Tuesday–Wednesday: Design
I head into the design cave. Logos, typography, full visual identity — crafted with intention while you go live your life.
Thursday: Initial Reveal
Your brand, beautifully presented in context (not just files in a folder). You'll probably scream a little. Text your group chat. Maybe tear up. (All normal.)
Friday–Sunday: Reflection
The weekend is yours. Live with it. Show the people you trust. Send your thoughts by Sunday night.
Monday–Tuesday: Refinement

A quick heads up on this service — while it’s called a 7-day service, the timeline can flex a bit. Some projects move fast and wrap in 4 days, others can stretch closer to 14 depending on revisions. We always want to be upfront so nothing feels misleading or rushed.

We book Mini Brand weeks 4–6 weeks in advance to give each client our full focus. Once we've connected on a discovery call and confirmed we're a great fit, we'll map out your timing and get you officially on the calendar.
Totally normal — and honestly, one of our favorite places to start. You don't need a Pinterest board, a color scheme, or even the right words yet. Branding is a creative process, and part of the magic is in the discovery. Show up with your business, your goals, and a few things that make you light up — having us as your guide through the rest is exactly what you're here for.
Yes. We offer 3 monthly payments of $750 on the Mini Brand — no interest, no weirdness. Bundling the Mini Web too? We can stretch payments over 6 months to keep things extra manageable.
One strategic revision round is built into the Mini Brand. If you need additional rounds, we can add them as a flat fee — but honestly? Most clients don't need it. Our process is designed to land it right the first time.
While we're based in Iowa City, we work with businesses and nonprofits across the country — and we've had the privilege of partnering with hundreds of clients in over 10 states. Our work spans a full range of industries, but our heart is in supporting female-owned businesses. The process is fully virtual, so location doesn't matter — only alignment does.
