What does Myliu mean?
Myliu, as well as my last name, Luneckas, are Lithuania. This nod to my heritage was important to me when creating a name for my business. I was researching for the perfect fit when I came across 'As Tave Myliu' which in Lithuanian means 'I love you' or 'I care about you', I knew then that I had found the name and values I wanted to portray.

I specialize in Real Estate markeing, however I serve all types of Small Businesses. My passion lies in unique branding and company growth and any business can benefit from that!
Do all of your Clients live in Iowa?
Definitely not! My farthest client lives 14 hours away in Alabama and we have been working remotely together for over a year now. I am happy to schedule virtual appointments to help you accomplish your marketing goals.
What is the Myliu Client onboarding process like?
The first thing we start with is a consultation so I can gauge your style, interests, goals and anything else that will help me build your brand. We'll discuss any specific projects you want done or you can select a monthly marketing plan from our package options that best fit your needs. After that, I get to work!
